If you purchased individual activities rather than the subscription to web-decks and require support to access them, please try these troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please only use the link provided in the PDF you downloaded. If you are sharing a link that includes the word “locked” in the address, it will not work as that link is for subscribers only.
e.g. your students must use https://www.web-decks.com/stress-true-false
NOT https://www.web-decks.com/stress-true-false-locked
2. If you are finding that the page isn’t loading after inputting the password, you can use this hack which will resolve the matter for you!
3. If the page is not loading at all, are you trying to access it from your school? If so, did you also try accessing it from home? If it works at home and not at your school, then it means your school or district’s firewall is blocking the website. If this is the case, simply contact your school’s IT department and ask them to whitelist “web-decks.com”.
